God is at work everywhere, but it’s noisy out there. Each time He blesses a leader or team with a fruitful ministry or compelling idea, others rush to discover the secret of their success. It makes sense. We should celebrate what God is doing and continue learning from one another. But in a world overflowing with demands and distractions, is consistently looking outward the most effective way to lead?
When it comes to church leadership, no model or method will fit every context. History has proven that time and again. Breakthrough isn’t about doing more—it’s about having a clear way to discern what matters most in your distinct context right now.
Leaders want a way to cut past the noise and know they’re maximizing their effectiveness and impact. They want to lead with clarity—stewarding their energy and resources well in the unique time and place God has entrusted to them.

Turn Intentions into Impact:
Introducing Mind the Gap
In Mind the Gap, Dr. Clint Grider addresses the question that weighs on many leaders’ minds: “Is everything we’re doing really working? Are we as effective as we could be?”
Using an extended metaphor of the London Underground railway system, Clint offers a powerful, timeless way for leaders to think through church health metrics.
A combination of deep thinking and practical clarity, Mind the Gap is the church strategy book that demonstrates how churches can know they’re making the best decisions to multiply disciple-making in their unique context.
”In a moment when almost every leader is aware of a crisis of discipleship, leadership expert Clint Grider offers a process for that very pain point. If you find yourself tripping over the gap between what you believe the church should produce and what is actually happening in the lives of your people, Mind the Gap offers an explicit approach and tested expertise. I believe you’ll return to it time and again.
